WHAT
The #HobbiiHappySquare CAL is a mystery Granny Square pattern that will be published in smaller parts.
Each week, you will learn new and beautiful Granny Square techniques. They will increase in difficulty week by week, but donât worry. Weâve made videos and photo guides to help you succeed.
HOW
If you sign up, you will receive an email each week containing a new part of the pattern. You sign up by entering your name and email in the box above.
When youâve signed up, you will land on a page where you can buy the CAL kit containing the materials youâll need to do the CAL.
WHEN
The CAL starts on August 15 on International Granny Square Day and ends on September 12 on International Crochet Day.

Itâs the crochet designer, Sandra Torrance, whoâs the mastermind behind our Granny Square CAL #HobbiiHappySquares. Sandra is an incredibly talented crochet designer who makes beginner-friendly patterns with a modern look. Sheâs extremely skilled at combining colors, and for this particular CAL, sheâs designed two different color palettes - POP & CALM.
